1. Healthy food makes a difference. The saying 'you are what you eat' is definitely true. Bodies react to the kind of food you take in. Healthy, home- cooked meals, fruits and vegetables can give your body the nutrients it needs to function better.

2. Arm yourself with a book. Reading is great exercise for your brain as it keeps your mind stimulated. Learning new things is also a plus as your imagination soars to new heights and your word power gets an upgrade.

3. Plenty of water is a must. Stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water daily. Water plays a very huge role in all our body functions. It also cleanses the body and improves your skin for an added boost of confidence!

4. Positivity is a plus. Try to keep your head up high and channel positive energy no matter what the situation may be. A positive outlook makes you less irritable and removes the heavy burden that negative vibes bring.

5. Identify who you are. Embrace your uniqueness and always strive to the best version of yourself. Believe in your capabilities because there's nothing you can't accomplish with hard work and perseverance. 

6. Neatness is a virtue. Keep your body and surroundings clean and orderly. Cleanliness protects against bacteria build- up that may cause sickness or allergies.

7. Exercise daily. Time to stretch and tone those muscles! Working out keeps your body strong and flexible while boosting your body's protection of endorphins (also known as the happy hormone!).

8. Sleep is important. Experts say that tweens should get 10 to 11 hours of sleep each night. As you sleep each night. As you sleep, your body rests and recharges itself. Sleeping has positive effects on growth and helps keep you from getting sick.

9. Smile more often. Smiling creates a mind and body connection -- whenever you smile, messages are sent to your brain telling it that you are in a good mood. Smiling can also make you more attractive. Start your day with a smile and spread the love by sharing it with others!

** And when you take the first letter of each one of them you can form the word H.A.P.P.I.N.E.S.S. so it proves that Healthy Lifestyle is equal to Happiness!

<> When I'm using a pair of flats it is a reflex that I should put a socks(mini- if that makes sense) or stockings, 'cause I don't feel like bearing my feet in them. I don't why or is it just me that I just hate the feeling. Is that anyone do that or is it just me? But overall I like wearing my ballet flats and specially the 'Solemate' brand from SM Department Store, its cheap and so soft.

<> I've never tried boots so I can't describe my thought about it but I'm willing to try it for  some experimentation in my sense of fashion 'cause I've never done so daring to wear a boots in a humid climate.

Since the beginning of time I wore my sneakers like hell and up until now! I know its sounds ridiculous but it is true. Now I'm a university students and I wore my sneakers or converse repeatedly in a week and sometimes switch with flats or sandals but most of the time sneakers is my best bud.

Sniffing around for "types of perfume" turned up the sweet smell of eau de toilette and eau de parfum, as well as other versions of scented luxury.

Most perfumes are complex combinations of natural materials, such as essential oils from plants, and synthetic products that increase the lasting power and heighten the smell. Alcohol is used as a liquid base for perfume, and the ratio of alcohol to scented perfume concentrates determines what the final concoction is labeled.

From highest concentration to least, the different forms of perfume are:

Perfume, also called extract or extrait perfume, can include 15-40% perfume concentrates. This is the purest form of scented product and is the most expensive as a result.

Eau de parfum contains about 7-15% perfume concentrates. This is the most popular and common form of perfume. It provides a long-lasting fragrance and generally doesn't cost as much as extract perfume.

Eau de toilette has around 1-6% perfume concentrates. This makes for a light scent that doesn't linger as long as the more intense versions. It was originally intended to be a refreshing body splash to help people wake up in the morning.

Eau de cologne is sometimes used interchangeably with the term eau de toilette. However, the concoction began as the name of a light, fresh fragrance mixed with citrus oils and was made popular by Napoleon. Some perfumers today have a version of this called eau fraiche.

While these are the main classes of perfume, other products are frequently scented with perfume concentrates too. Lotions, creams, powders, body splashes, aftershaves, soaps, and other cosmetic products may contain variable (though usually small) amounts of fragrance.

Now that you have your scents straight, we're sure you'll smell like a rose all day!

Review~ Etude House OMG!! Dry Shampoo

Hello everyone. I have an exciting review for all of us, I know you are too right?? So let's start. I think it is their new product for dry shampoo-- Etude House OMG!! Dry Shampoo. I got it from my Pre- Order from Cheeky Posh! 

INFORMATION

This spray dry shampoo instantly cleanses hair without water, soaking up excess oil and removing impurities, for a freshly- shampooed look with clean floral fruity scent.

'ber months is on the Philippines right now, so we in our country cold breeze was in our way for the next few months and I know the water in the morning was pretty scary [ for me ^^,] so I like, no I love to have my hands on in the new product from EH. I just purchased it for these months because I'am lazy :P

Don't want to wash your hair because it can fade your hair color? Or it's just simply raining and the weather is cold.

OMG! Dry Shampoo is formulated with Anti-Sebum Complex to absorb oil, supplies moisture and cleanses your hair without washing to leave your hair fragrant and refreshed. 

The little Manhwa for the packaging, I love love the packaging because I love reading manga and manhwa-- little side note- manga and manhwa was shortly a comics (manga from Japan and manhwa from Korean). The bottle was matte light pink and it is so girlish.. 

I just love it.! It is a small bottle it has 50 ml. It is good for travelling. But I think they should create a bigger size..

This dry shampoo has a 12 months life span according to the packaging. And they have manufactured date at the bottom of the bottle, that's always good ^__^

They were imprinted with directions how you used it even though it is written in Korean.

REVIEW

When I used it and spray it onto my scalp and hair the scent was all over my room and my clothes so for that day I can skip cologne or perfume and it has dual- purpose, that's always good, right? The anti sebum was so effective, back when I wasn't using dry shampoo my scalp will get crazy and it will get greasy and for me I hate that feeling!! but the thing is when you spray it onto the hair or scalp little white things will be on your hair but that doesn't bother me, that's the effect of using dry shampoo, so don't freak, baby.!

Scent: It has floral fruity scent which I like, though if you don't want a girly scent you wouldn't like this.

Overall: 

Would I repurchased again? For now I would say NO, if they would come up with a bigger bottle I will repurchased but for a small bottle with 3 to 4 inches tall and a priced of 425 Php I would say NO [tell me if the priced was a great deal with a 50 ml bottle], but the anti- sebum was great, and the product itself was great, the only thing I'm  not satisfy was the SIZE!

A Lady called me at maybe a 10am in the morning and she was part of LBC branch, and she's telling about my parcel that I can claim it now 'cause it's been a while since it's been there. The reason I couldn't claim it 'cause the Xend Business Solutions Inc. couldn't bring the T.N or the tracking number of my parcel so that's the story. And I told the Lady that I will claim it at Tuesday, 'cause today is not a great idea and Monday either is not that  good-- I don't have class and Sunday is a Family day ;3

Today-- September 25

I got my parcel from Cheeky Posh and I was so excited to open it, but ohh well I've got evening class so I can't open it... I promise to myself when I will be picking up a parcel I will open it at home... so I wait patiently and then when I was at the bus stop I can't stop my excitement and I OPEN it! But just a little slit of the packaging ^__^ and the first thing I saw was the strawberry curler... [so cute] and put it again in my bag and at last I've arrived at our home and got the parcel out of my bag and slit it with my trusty cutter and open the goodies!! ;D I'm so happy!!!!! Thank You Cheeky Posh and for the FREEBIES!

But one of the item got me mad at myself! I mistook the Skin Malgum as the whole set that I got!!! I'm so in despair!!!

Some polish in me can last until 2 days without chipping but this KleanColor was not after 3 days of using it, it doesn't have any chip even a little. And I can compare it with the Revlon Polishes with the long wearing part !o(≧▽≦)o

Polished!: The Nail Art Book

Candy Mag presents the cute little magazine about nail art and here it is Polished!: The Nail Art Book.

It has over 50 fun designs found inside! And the most amazing part was they have a 4 free nail polished to enjoy there new nail art magazine [so coool right?]

And the partnership of the Candy Mag and Berry Books are not done yet after the success of "The Friendship Bracelet Book" that I also have they were having this cute little nail art book that I'm supper excited !!

oh yeah! I bought 2 pcs. of their nail art book. Don't blame me I love free and they are polishes that I like ^__^ and as you can see the cute little pink butterfly was adorable!

I bought it at Book Sale that I love and it costs me Php 195 each.

The contents of the mini magazine *__* Every design came from an step-by-step instructions and some tips and tricks to level- up your design.

The brush of the free nail polish..its so cute and little though, it has 4 ml per bottle. And the free polish was from the CHIC CENTRE CORPORATION. 

At the upper corner was the swatches of the product unto my nails.  The product was good, it is easy to apply like their other products that I'm currently using and loving it, aside from one particular polish from the free polish bottles, it is the "White a Minute" I swatches it in my nails with a 4 thin coats and it appear as solid at the picture but a 4 coat is for me it is ridiculous! But the other polishes was good as their original like and I just apply 2 coats unto my nails the other 3 colors and I like the "Orange you Glad" it is so flattering in my nails : ]

I think the down side of the polishes was it can chip after 2-3 days after applying it I just do some hand chores and they were chipping away like madly TT__TT

I think it is just normal for a free nail polish bottles, right?

For the designs inside the book I think some of their design was taken some inspirational from some Youtube channels. It is just my opinion..

Long Wavy Hair without heat styling!

A long wavy hair is always well loved because it has more volume and body, soft to the eyes, flowing, and free. It doesn't require a lot of maintenance unlike straight hair.

The good news is that you don't need to be naturally born with it. There are already a number of ways on how you can achieve a long wavy hairstyle.

But before we proceed to the techniques, there's something you should know. These suggestions are devoid of any hot appliances such as curling irons. Some women would depend on these devices to achieve a little curl here and there on their hair. Though they are effective and can give you the look in a matter of minutes, they are not healthy at all. The intense heat they produce can dry the hair up, leaving you with brittle, dull, or even frizzed hair.

Here are the things you can do instead:

Choose your conditioner very well. The first step to getting a long wavy hairstyle is to actually shampoo and condition your hair. Now, it's very important that you get picky with the latter. As much as possible, you should pick the lightweight one because you don't want to weigh your hair down. You want them to be very easy to control and manage.

You can also use the leave-in or anti-frizz hair conditioners. After taking a bath, remove the excess water from the strands and wrap your entire head with a towel. Wait for around 15 minutes to an hour. After the designated time has elapsed, you can now remove the cloth and allow natural wind to completely make it dry. This step is easy, no fuss, and can give you a bouncy wavy hair that's natural looking.

Apply a volumizing formula. While your hair is not too damp or too dry, you can apply a conditioning mousse on your hair to ensure that you can conveniently twist or curl it. After you've accomplished this, you can then spray your volumizing formula. One of its jobs is to also ensure that your wave stays all throughout the day.

A little word of caution, though: avoid becoming enthusiastic on the mousse. Too much of it can also make your hair very heavy to easily manage.

Wear the rollers. It will definitely take some time to obtain a wavy hair with the rollers, but they are a lot healthier and safer. The size of your rollers will depend on the kind of wave you want to achieve. While they are still on, you can spray your styling spray at least half of the rolled hair to make sure they hold properly once you remove the rollers.
